The Tree (of the wisdom of suffering)A Poem by AnekaBPoetry
I've been searching aimlessly
To be The tree you planted there For everyone to see. I've been searching aimlessly To fear Life's extra ordinary God That brings despair I've been heading Towards the Sun Aimlessly but urgently And watching, reading Life giving the go To let the serpent free Ego died Reflected light Day and night to save my year Conscience tried And won the fight Prayed and cried before, from fear All the time Spent, pen and paper Crushed the chime To save me later Heart on fire Knowing I had lost myself again I seemed not fine To this creator Sang the rhyme Participator! Crushed the liar Knowing I had found myself again. Birds and bees Fall to your knees And smell the s**t you're being fed. Or pay your fees Swim overseas And please them, while they paint you red. Drowning in your blood 'cause we've forgotten How to think. http://www.facebook.com/pages/Space-Trash-Poetry-by-Aneka-B/222991707752133?ref=hl © 2012 AnekaBPoetry |
