The Taste Of Blue .V

The Taste Of Blue .V

A Poem by Andy Lewis
"

Taste my love blue .V

"
I hear the sounds of "red", swimming with a taste of the blue.
The untold -truths- heard out loud, so clear.
Seemingly we touch a dream, awake upon the sun light nights.
-And the while, I taste the blue.-

Soft as stones, a high to low, all the same in warming snow.
Shifting under the tops of trees, soaring up into the seas.
And the while, they taste the blue.

Ask me how I know this to be true.
We'll take a walk to the color blue.….
Red had no meaning?

Say
It
Like
We
Love
You
And in the end
We
Will
Like Home
Penned to the life of .V

….…fake statements to break commitments.
She loved you..?
God
She loved you..?
.V oh' how the lust is burnt for you.
A heart they took for granted.
.V how I long to be true.
A heart I have been handed.
.V I can't try to forget.
A heart this hope so stranded.
.V I promise this to you.
My heart will stay ill tainted.
.VL
I recess....

This sounds like a song, in my opinion, so that would mean this is a lyrical poem.
Because it is lyrical, I will focus my thoughts on the poetic meaning of the first two passages. Not bad, for the most part. There are connotations of nature which enhance your overall meaning. Because of the imagery, I am able to get a better sense of your implications.
The only question I do have is what the ".V" stands for.
It's good that you tried a different structure. It's a good signature of a writer's style.
That said, my only advice is to keep writing and trying new forms as you do.
