Hast-lie

Hast-lie

A Poem by Andy Lewis
"

so the sky can hear us...

"
So ever so...
Past a portrayal of starving dogma, a somber jot of less forgotten drama.
Highest peeks on ventless scores, a softer note bring of a dulling chord.
A slow dance with fate...
Blades as jagged as eventful dreams, along the nights we tossed and screamed.
Kings of killing this rigorous wish, through schools of eyeless wondering fish.
A slow dance with hate...
Linger now to rest ease awhile, held to sunder on a crooked smile.
House the part to part theses keys, lastly how the as for mentioned seems.
A slow dance with fate...

-Because you can't consider the stars-

This is also great. You have a self proclaimed darkness to your writing that really will hold a mass appeal for those who enjoy all forms of poetry. Some of mine leans toward darkness a bit so I get a particular kind of enjoyment out of your craft. Keep writing!!!

Thank you, yea...I do tend to write on the more dark, cryptic side, with a "dash" of romantic glimps.. read more
I think many of us are dancing with fate, though I wouldn't care to dance with hate slow or any other." a crooked smile. " I like this term it describes all the plastic people that claim to be our friends. You just gave me inspiration for a poem thanks
