A Poem by Andy Lewis
"

Parts of my world ....just a single notion

"
Sometimes fire is all we have to wager with, when the flames of hell are all around us.

Hanging by a thread, is everyday

I kiss the lips of the dead, for the living could never know my pain.

In this modern wasteland I crumble, in this desolating moment I'm detached.

Bring me the sun, to remove your taste from off my tongue.

Bothersome and devious, a play that has now Followed.

Hate for the sake of being a man, love for the fear of dying out with no eulogy

Show me your tears, I can make them feel deeper.

All of my protagonists are dead.

Jealous and rattled, like a fish in a bowl.

Help me see, blind my eyes

Touch me.

Remember me.

Hate me.

Indulge me.

Sing me a song, a sonnet if you will.

Sing me a song, of murder and thrills

- you can break a moment -

Madness man. Madness....This piece is so good! I like how it's all over the place but makes so much sense.
