To My Dear Poets and friends

Experienced a ban from this site couple months ago like every morning I've always been writing reviews for others and wrote couple pieces of my own.

               

For those of concern couple months ago Writerscafe took down my page and all my work with it, I'd never received any notice or messages of any kind for such abrupt prohibition. The reasons for this is still unknown and today I checked my mail noticed reviews left from others and messages from couple months ago. Consequently, I login in yet my page is back up  I wanted to make a statement on my behalf to figure what's going on in this site. Please feel free to let me know if this happened to you and do apologize if I didn't get back you in time. Now it's time to play catch up with the message board. Thanks again if your reading this I hope this clears up any confusion of my disappearance from this site and the reasons for my delay in responses.

Staying at the cafe (which I've done for 6 years) is constantly peppered with doubts, wondering if I should try to find a different site. Yes I've been banned along with everyone I know & love here, some multiple times. Still, despite all this CRAP, I find there's no better group of writers out there who I enjoy so much. I would not want to go elsewhere becuz I can't leave the people here at the cafe! I'm glad you are apparently staying too! (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie

Everything good now but been busy lately ... so you will see me pop in once in awhile to support and say hello to my fellow friends who I've known for a long time. Beautiful souls on here that I have the pleasure knowing makes the dark days less dark and more cheerful. I myself have been on this site for 10-12 years now. It use to happen more frequently where’s pages would be lost or people would get locked out and have to start anew.

I fortunately never have had this particular issue.

Welcome back, Andew! For reasons unknown to us, all sorts of weird goings on have occurred for quite a while,. including a sudden ban from the site (me too, me too!) or ~ as happening these days, one has to repeatedly sign in!

This has always been such a great site, truly has but.. a few people have left or are seriously thinking about leaving.. would be such a shame. Been here a decade or more, had hoped to stay forever. Have wondered if there is anything 'members'; could do to help. Perhaps Spring will make a magical difference, who knows. :)

Thanks for the warm welcome back :).... I understand that sometimes the site crashes and it's all good now just glad to be back. Repeatedly sign ins that's interesting happened to me couple of times in the past. Decade! you'd out did me haha been here for awhile now around 7 years, when I got locked out went to a different poetry site haha Allpoetry.com and Instagram. But always enjoyed this site somehow you feel comfortable with a kind atmosphere here. Yes Spring beautiful season that's when Japanese Cherry blossom starts to grow plentiful flowers have a couple around my yard.

Don't doubt things will sort out, doubt the Moderators would want to go down the drain..things are better than were.. sez me, touching wood! Yes, been in here quite a while, think more than ten.. is like a second home,., a Linus blanket for all occasions! Like you have tried other sites, not instead of but to have by... always come back here for same atmosphere as you mention. So, now, maybe we can all tidy our side of things. Am going to delete ancient and less than mediocre [psts; delete excess videos.. and generally Springclean.. might help..:) Take care, keep smiling, keep safe.

The site misbehaves my friend and I was locked out on numerous occasions. I just kept trying and managed to get back in. Frustrating, very much so. The site appears to be working better at this moment in time. Fingers crossed it continues.

I got my fingers crossed as well :) but scared me cause thought all my work throughout years being on here was erased simultaneously learned a valuable lesson to make sure you have your work saved somewhere else other than here. Sincerely your friend in writing and life

Makes sense and yes lesson learned haha I appreciate the feedback was devastated that day and I just moved on with life as usual but now I'm pleased to be back on.
