I did it all to myself,

but I can't help but blame

the world for all that's been done

to make me play the game.

Meaning that I can't help

but try to harmonize

melodies from the idols

on the radio to my life.

Does it really have to be

difficult for someone like me

to try to live a life

free from misery?

Don't take my cries for help

as a plea for sympathy,

rather, believe in me 

and what my life could be.

I swear, it happens every time.

When we try to live by

the rules, it breaks my heart

to see someone like me cry.

It's not too late, 

throwing up the last of

the previous life lived,

and trying to find something to love.
