Suffering the DarknessA Poem by Andrew RayneEmbrace that which makes you stronger.
I have always read that fear is evil.
That is a cruel,
Merciless, Fear can never be endeared. In the end,
Have walked in valleys of dishonor,
I have suffered the disease that makes men cowards, However I would never call myself weak for being afraid. Fear shows you what your weakness is,
I say fear is not evil but rather, Never have I suffered so little after learning that that which I fear
That fear does inspire fury but compassion,
but rather that I have become to kind to let
As an insecurity. My fear is my guide. I am stronger, wiser, and kinder because of it, That kind of sacrifice, endurance, and suffering is necessary
