Distinct Difference

Distinct Difference

A Poem by Andrew Rayne
"

Is all we are becoming nothing more than inferiority compact with humbled countenances?

"
Brave hearts,
to stretched to speak.
So faint are their imperfect lineaments,
that different virtues should compare different makes.
Such a weak image cast.

Souls that dwell in the dust,
relying in dull luminaries to mark the walls of shattering rib cages.
If such an essence exists,
then mark mine well with distinct difference.
Straight unto shadows.

Brave hearts,
to stretched to speak.

Such a profound way to start the poem. I love this use of imagery. Good job.
