Stars are like Novels

When you are searching for answers in the evening sky.

​You were always looking for something.

To help ease the sting of dead spaces,,

to hold your hand when it trembled.

You searched for words to understand why your soul echoed love,

and read stars like novels.

May it be your journey, 

when the night is all but gone.

To rise and find the sun bright in your eyes. 

If you never quite find the words,

the ones that make sense of you.

Don't fret, 

because you have always made sense to me.
