I'm so skinny`

i can crack my fingers, back, neck, legs and other parts of my body.

Bones.
Everyone has bones (no duh).
I can crack every single bone in my body but mostly my index fingers.
Everyone keeps on telling me that I'll get Arthritis even to I already know.
It's not my fault that it's a habit and can find a way to stop.
I can find another habit but it might not work tho (just saying).
If someone has any idea for me to stop go a head.

It is really hard to get rid of habbits i bite my finger nails so i know. And cracking joints isnt a big deql or so i think because i do it allllll the time and nothing happenes to me.just a question though. Why did you call your poem "i M so skinny?"

sounds like your thinking outloud
and when u pop ur fingers your popping these little air bubbles in your joints, then think where does that air go when you pop the bubble, somewhere else in your body, hopefully to the right place
I aint hating either I have a horrible habit of popping my fingers but its something we can all work on so we don't get knobby old ppl fingers, or well get em anyway only time will really tell lol,

To be honest, I don't think it'll cause arthritis...the cracking/popping sound is only gas bubbles in your knuckles and such...it's never made much sense to me how that could cause arthritis, though I may just be ignorant.

it doesnt cause it at all actually the opposite it releases gas bubbles and lactic acid that if it just sits there eats at ur joints. BUT if you already have arthritis it CAN make it worse
