A Poem by Andrew Flisser

Everything you know,
Everything you thought was real.
Crumbles before your eyes as Judgment is passed.

Know nothing of what was or is.
All you know is before you.
Take it or leave it.

The heavens will bestow faith, and trust upon thee.
It is your choice as to what you believe.
For your actions will decide the fate of the world.

Grow strong,
Fear nothing,
And live how you wish.

Judgment will be upon thee.

That reminds me of Aleister Crowley's edict, 'Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law.' Crowley liked to be called 'The Great Beast', and took upon himself the number 666. He was a member of the Society of the Golden Dawn, and practised 'Magick', publishing 'The Book of Magick', a novel 'Moonchild', and sundry works on Astrology.
Though a gifted and eccentric man, I don't think that his philosophy did him any favours, nor was he ever taken seriously by the public. To live as selfishly as he propounded would mean a world lost in anarchy and mutual destruction. I don't think I would have liked to be there at his Judgement...

As a Christian..I would not want all people to live as they really wished they could..Humans are a selfish breed and would think only of them selves if Heaven was not a choice of a place they wanted to go..I will take my belief in my Creator and let the rest of the world go before I would just live for myself. God bless...Valentine
