Your eyes

Your eyes

A Poem by A. Fiorillo

Your eyes....
It's so hard to tell
if they are of fire
or ice.

When you look at me
I escape into them
For they have become
My undying vice

There is a haze
that magnifies their beauty
they pull me into them
Where your secrets lie

My heart May have touched
heaven
And reached a space
Where I am truly alive

And as I patiently wait
Letting you peer
So deeply into mine

Letting you into
my very own secrets
That I know you can see
With your eyes
