Simple Note

Simple Note

A Poem by Andrea Vargas
"

I hope you understand it, but if you dont just email me and I'll explain in detail (: Thankyou

"

It only takes a moment to breathe,

to fill your lungs with memories,

A simple note,

to unlock all we wish to see,

And travel are minds in a rocky boat,

Across the vast knowledge,

Of love and pain,

The conquering waves,

Of hate and shame,

Tall tales of life,

we lived and didnt,

The bleeding point of a knife,

That fills of scarlet pigment,

Lost in a journey of memories,

Of what we chose to unlock,

And forever see,

And tip over the boat,

Of a simple note,

Just love and pain,

Our hate and shame,

woven together,

These memories that cant be tamed.

I like this Simple note... it is indeed more intricate than your title suggests. Very emotional imagery depicted here...Well written!
