You pretend to look at the time but you have a watch You’re not bothered by that You just want to respond
So you wait…

1 P.M.-nothing
2 P.M.-something! But it’s just your dad
3 P.M.-still nothing
It’s raining
You try to read a book but you’re distracted and your phone hasn’t vibrated and you can’t relax which brings a heart attack waiting for a text in the back of Mac’s
