Raspberry Novels

Raspberry Novels

A Poem by AndBeForgotten

You taste like raspberry, O' virtuous little fairy.
Envelop me with the hint of your perfume,
staying aligned with sun and the moon.
Heaven and it wills your souls
to avid readers of fantasy novels.
You break my wings and tell me where to fly,
cross my fingers and glare at passers-by.
You sing me tunes of angels,
caressing me with your golden tresses.
You touch me with your supple skin,
and test the one my heart professes.

Paint the road to sincerity,
I wouldn't kiss you, lest you dare me.
fragile one you are the best of me,
Your words a light and airy sound.
Come close now and rest in me,
speak volumes to the earth.

While reading this poem, I suddenly felt relaxed and had a craving for raspberries :)

This is a lovely poem, the obscurity of the title drew me to reading it. You have a great sensibilty. I especially like the line, 'You sing me tunes of angels/Caressing me with your golden tresses.'
