"How Does Your Mind Work..."

A Poem by Chris
"

Its Tuesday - go figure

"

“How DOES Your Mind Work…”

I can’t believe!!

Say WHAT???

WOW

WHOA!!

Man, that’s just - I don’t have the words to…
You sir, are sooooooo…

So many pause, look; seemingly fall from their chairs

(at least they said so - rotflol DOES mean that right?),

or stand speechless (hear that as well - but, speechless means -
well, nevermind), or say nothing at all (a lot of those) but return
again and again.  Some applaud even to the point of emoticons
carefully selected to SHOW presence and approval.  And

occasionally, a word is sent - by a ‘someONE’ whose very

presence leaves ME speechless and childlike and fidgety,
KNOWING I am NOT THAT good… that to be even on the

same page as their COMMENT - damn!… when that happens
“LIFE IS GOOD!!!” know what I mean?

I even get asked, “Just HOW does your mind work?”

...and all I can really say is, "Barely."

Adulation is a grand thing .. And we want to bask in it as long as possible .... especially when it is so rightly and beautifully expressed .. ..

You deserve every word , I'm sure .. Enjoy !
