For some reason the story of Peter Pan comes to mind when I read this. It might have to do with 'moonbeams' and that time, in Neverland, seems to stand still. This is deep and I will want to read it over several times to ponder the meaning. Great poem!
I was drawn to your Moonbeams! There is a heavy sadness within it. I'm thrilled to see Time coming across as female, I'll add. Father Time has ruled the way in the past, so this is a nice twist on that. The images I get are intriguing, especially the slipping through the fingers. I love the inquisitive nature of this piece. Being touched by your Moonbeam Time has been enriching. Thank you for sharing this poem! Respectfully - blue angel
Interesting piece! The title threw me off a bit, considering it's about 'time'. I LOVE the last line, "Does my time cry....as she waves goodbye? Great line!
