"There Are Moments..."

There really are ...moments

that I pause, think ...smile.

Moments of your image within 

and behind my eyes.

Moments of your name

softly echoing within.

And I remember

I AM allowed to love - you

even if you never, ever

notice ...that I do.

Life is like that.

And yet sometimes

I am ...noticed

and nothing at all is ever the same.
