Eyes ARE the windows of the soul and when we somehow lose that vision we lose part of ourselves....there is deep grief in all loss....especially when the shade is drawn...

I like how short and simple this piece is, yet it hold so much to be inquired. It made me think of how our days are numbered, and I feel as though we need to take in as much as possible, and live life to the fullest in attempt to hold onto everything, as we will not be here forever. great job!
