"When The Echoes Cry..."

"When The Echoes Cry..."

A Poem by Chris
"

I found Ken Simms - "Passing Iona"

"

I found Ken Simms - "Passing Iona" this morning.

"When The Echoes Cry..."

I came by to retouch the Magyk...

Your flow drew me,

held me

lifted me

let me breathe.

I needed that.

To say you honour me with these beautiful words would be a lie. This goes way beyond honour. I don't know what to say.
Your poem is stunning.
To say a mere thank you is woefully inadequate.

Difficult to put into words that feeling you come away with, but you did it justice Chris.

You know I love Ken's writing. So, I understand this piece.

His words are very magical.. Lifting, transporting.. Seeing what he sees, touching it, tasting it, smelling it in the air..
He is a rare talent. And so are you Chris with that steady heartbeat and the calm that always flows gracefully beneath you words.

I know I sound gushy! :P but two of my favorites mentioned on one page? Who wouldn't? And it is lovely of you to call attention to him again. He deserves it. :)
