"You Too Can Have A Keurig!..."

You ever have one of those days?  The bottom of the tea pot just melted off because the damn whistle didn't and the water put the fire out but is a gas stove soooooooooo the room fills and THEN you notice THAT smell and run in and turn off the gas BUT the last position you HAVE to turn through on the knob switch is the "auto-ignite-sparker"?

 

Sigh... life is a rube goldberg game just waiting to happen... ya know?

soo if i nearly burn down the kitchen, you think i can get a keurig too? i gotta calculate the cost effectiveness of that plan.

Yes I've had some of those days! I also have an unpredicatable gas grill that stays on for ages before suddenly deciding to light when I lean down to look, nearly singing my eyebrows off!
The keurig thing looks nice but I'm not sure I can trust those new fangled devices.. I bet they cost a lot in coffee...

They sell an add-on that allows you to use your OWN coffee or what-have-you - of course it costs $17.00 more dollars. The lil coffee/what-have-you pods are costly but instant gratification is like that. Still, why make a pot if all you want is one mug? Lastly, it IS eminently drinkable. And the story was worth the posting.

lol, isn't it just though? do you remember that game mouse trap? where you would build the trap and then send a marble down the series of contraptions that spring respond off other things? Thankfully we now have a flat top stove, electric, though I do much prefer gas top, they are very dangerous! This write gave me a chuckle :)

My friend has a Keurig. Every time i go over, his family offers me coffee xD They know I love it ;) I LOVE the Keurig. Now there are differences between that and a regular coffee maker, etc. But I would love one O.O

Almost every type of coffee I've had in it has been amazing. I love Dark Magic ;)
