Another Dream

This dream I actually had. The guy that I liked, and the feeling was mutual, was with another girl. In real life the girl was like his sister, as the poem said.

Had a dream about you and her

I know you’re like family but I can’t help it

Seeing you hug everyone I concur

It makes feel weird; like I’m jealous

Seen a comment on her singleness

What happened to me?

I guess it’s all over now

Here comes another dream

Feeling this way is hard enough without her

A friend says dress to kill; I’m thinking she’s right

Maybe I should give up and run

Escape into the night.

If you love her then tell me

Yeah, I’ll be upset, but I will be happy for you

I wish you the best of luck

Hopefully you won’t end too soon

Being alone makes me feel this way

Hoped the dream wasn’t true

Another bad dream is here to stay

Even though I thought I was complete with you.
