it's night again

it's night again

A Poem by Ananya
"

No description...I cannot explain

"
I do not look out
I do not know if the moon is shining outside
I do not know if it's dark outside window

Only thing I know
Is that I can still cry
I can feel my pillow getting wet with tears

I wish to see you once again
I want to feel the touch of your fingers on mine
I want to see your smile....just once again

Why did you walk away
Without waking me up
Every night after that keeps me awake

I imagine
Your struggle for breath
I imagine
Your heartbeats slowing, stopping
I imagine your lips
Whispering my name....

It's night again
Your whispers surround me
I have learnt to hear them clearly

I know
You are calling out to me
I don't know
If you really called out to me that night too

It's night again
There will be more nights
With day breaks
And then
It will happen
It will remain night, forever after.

Oh Ananya. This is so sad. I just don't have words to express what I am feeling after reading this.
May God keep your days blessed and your nights peaceful. {{HUGS}}

Anu, it's so much sad to read this poem... Brought tears into my eyes cause this poem reminds me of my poem "sleepless nights".. It makes me indulge once again and write another poem like that. But then, my soul says- the one for whom u will write, won't read the poem...
And I give up writing those sad ones... My best friend here will not like it - after writing good poems and stories, if I move back to those sad ones...
But I find my poem and my thoughts in your poems... thank u thank u thank u so much for writing this... it feels like it's something based on me... lots of love... keep writing....
