Here is a write from you again that is so profound and such a poignant comment on pain. Yes, we must try to resolve those painful issues rather than avoid, deny or circumvent the problems... And like we believe..."This too shall pass..." and it will all end. Thank you for sharing the truth

yes, that is a favourite of mine too -- " this too shall pass"
Pain is a warning, a reminder to watch your step next time, an indication that learning is required to strengthen the body and soul. If we never suffered, never felt the blade of a knife or the blunt side of a baseball bat, we would be but fragile feathers afloat on the breeze, torn apart by the slightest change in direction. Without pain, we never grow. Great poem, Anand! :)
Pain can propel us and it can smother us, sometimes it does both simultaneously. There is no doubt that it shapes us in ways that we can never really measure but it does make us see the world from another angle and it fortifies us for the heavy gales that await in the wings, the test is always in the moment of flight.

Pain is an amalgamated thing for sure ! thank you :)
Pain and hurt make us grow, make us able to carry on, become stronger and realize that when we are in the throes of some of the pain it is not the worst pain we shall know. When we are able to embrace it and try to understand it we are able to rise above the heaviness of it to find that breath of fresh air! It will do us in if we allow it, as you point out, but when we embrace it we find a way to overcome and accept that which is part of life for all of us!
Very wise words my friend!

thank you Sheila, I am glad that you found it meaningful :)
Maybe it never really ends...perhaps that secret is hidden from us until the moment it is required.
Enjoyed your bravery....and should there indeed be an end..you have gripped the right attitude.
Very nice Anand.
