Chapter 3

YUCK! I thought. I stared at the supposedly good macaroni my mother and father made. And then I realized the horrible stuff in it. I saw that the tobacco fell on it. I guess I was too busy thinking about what happened to Isis. Strange stuff happening these days... Oh well, I'll just ignore it for now.

HAHA! I can't believe I was right about Emma not realizing the tobacco "fell" and ruined her food! I wonder how many pranks I should pull until she finally realizes someone is planning this stuff. "Im so sorry Emma!"I said "Please let me get some more for you." With a ladle, I put some new NORMAL (I hated doing that, but then Mother would know it was me.) macaroni, in a bowl, and put it on our table. I finished eating. DING DONG!

I heard the bell ring and immediately went to get it. It was Isis's Mother and Father. They both looked really sad. "Did anything happen to Isis?"

"She passed away." Her dad said, trying to hide tears. "I'm so sorry of what happened." I really was...I can't believe Isis is dead. We never really got to know each other. I thought, wiping away a tear. "Her funeral is next weekend, please come."

Isis dying made me investigate...who could've let those snakes out? I was at the zoo. "Excuse me, but did two snakes go out last week?" I asked the person who fed the snakes." "Yes, they did, though it was actually someones fault." "What?!?!?! Who was it?" "We're not sure, she was wearing black glasses, and a black shirt, and a black skirt though." "Thanks, that's all the info I need."

The truth was, I didn't know what to do with the info I had. Then I remembered...I saw a shadow behind me while I was walking to the park with Isis. And from what I remember... the shadow had the hair of a princess, glasses...and a black shirt, and a black skirt.
