Death

Death

A Poem by Riley Mistwood
"

This poem is unfinished. I would like to add more to it at some point

"

He roams the earth by moons pale light

A hunter in the dark of night

Mans soul he comes to take away

to rob you of another day

Hungry for the blood of man

A scythe he holds in his hand

and in his eyes theres only death

the stench of decay upon his breath

For all eternity he will reign

Untill no more of man remains

A good poem.
Death conquers the body but not the soul.

It's disturbing but isn't death supposed to be? Nice summary of the enemy of life.
