Memories

Remember me.... remember family.

 

 

 

A single rose blooms

in the middle of fall

as if to say,

“Hello.”

 

Sudden breezes outline

 my face seem to utter

  the words,

“I love you.”

 

Dragon flies surround

me for no reason are

 my signs,

"You are there."

 

Memories of past

holidays leave me

with,

"Tears of joy."

 

 

Your spirit I embrace

every day of my life

never will I, 

"Let go."

 

A mother's love that

bonded her child’s soul

forever,  

"Remains alive."

Forever two souls will

 remain intertwined

because of,  

"A Mother’s Love. "

You say, "Sudden breezes outline my face seem to utter the words, "I love you." I think it would be clearer if you said, "A sudden breeze caresses my face and seems to say, "I love you." Just a suggestion, of course. Also, I think dragonflies is one word, not two.

If you take only the last line of each stanza, there is a clear message from you to your mother and vice versa. "Hello, I love you. You are there. I shed tears of joy at the memories you have left me and I will never let you go. A mother's love remains alive.
