Shirley Bassey`s DiscoA Poem by Amy Azra DeanD-I-S-C-O!I`m on a boat, I`m swaying , "S**T! I`M BLOODY DRUNK!" Dancing awfully to the music, "Do the MACARENA!" I sing, miss my step.. KA-PLUNK! "That`s Enough for you, Shirley Bassey!" Im winched up by a man, Top reads- "DISCO SECURITY" "Oh my!" I have "A New Fan!" By now, I believe that I`m a Rock Star, "NO ONE CAN STOP ME NOW!"I scream, as I spill out of my bra, the man is not amused...Yeah. I see his face, I know what he is thinking, "What a F****n disgrace!" As I moonwalk to the pub door And give my final bow, I have tissue paper... stuck to my foot somehow.. But I don`t care... "NO!" "I DON`T GIVE A DAMN!" "TONIGHT, I`M SHIRLEY BASSEY! AND I`M PULLING A MAN!" © 2013 Amy Azra DeanReviews
