Set in a scene so beautiful and serene. A rippled reflection cast of the old tilted dock. Bountyful reeds and cattails line this small crystal lake, awed with curiousity. The sunsets are beautiful here. Not like any other seen before. Brown broken down cabin sits high above, alone. Fire burning below. Friends gather, traveled from afar. Pink with yellow outline, brilliant blues. Fisherman trolls. The humm of the distant motor, melodious. The night begins to rise, water still as glass. A phenomena witnessed night after night. This old lake, that old dock, an eventual evanescence.
Let me know what you think of this little story. All it is, is a memory but would love to hear how it makes you feel or what you think is boring about it... anything!
