God Bless America

God Bless America

World can say, whatever they think

or want, we are born free and ruled

them all, a land blessed by the Lord

our motto is simple, in God we trust

We welcome all religions, respect them

believe in equality, humanity we care

provide asylum to those who need

a land chosen by God, to make him proud

Our men and women in uniforms are

the bravest from all, we don't forget

enemy we find, even we have to invade

a foreign country, we hunt them down

Donations, aids and charities we provide

still those countries treat us like ungrateful wives

we stand with weak, fight most evil enemies

which are barbarians, untamed beasts and freaks

Lord be with our leaders, give wisdom to all

let all of us be united, like one strong family

we are proud to be Americans, because

in freedom we believe, God bless America

Till there is sun, moon and stars, I pray to God

my flag stay on top, until the end of time let USA

be blessed with Prosperity, one strong united nation

the leader of the world, hear my little prayer my Lord!

I like that this view is positive. So many people complain about how terrible it is. I am always like, yes no one is perfect and the past was unfair and unkind, but we are moving in the right direction. And look at the rest of the world. There's so much disease, famine, genocide, infanticide, war and poverty! I tell people that we are spoiled. They have no idea what harsh conditions are ad are lucky to not have bombs blowing up innocent homes and kids. Thanks for writing.

Well said A. What is it within us, we Americans, that cannot see our enemies suffer though they would torture and kill us right after taking food and aid from our hands. What is this thing, unique in our character, that sends us to fight for the oppressed across the world even as they spit in our faces. My son is in the Army Reserve and plans to go career military after receiving his engineering degree. I am as proud of him as I am terrified for him. Thank you for that 4th of July offering and Happy Independence Day to you too.

Patriotism lives. Having a blind faith in your country can be a dangerous thing. We all want to believe that we are working towards a better world. There are those who do not like growth and change. They make less money.
Happy 4th.

Thank you ME...
What is shameful and often goes unspoken, is what America does to make the rest of the world hate us. Righteous and brave and woman want to serve with the sincerest intentions, unfortunately it's who's giving the orders "that has malicious intent" what we do elsewhere is often undignified and unwarranted.
