Paranoia

Paranoia

A Poem by Arielle Ann
"

Here I tried to picture the mind of a paranoid person.Suspicion and fear arises from implanted memories that haunt forever. This is just my comprehension.

"

Bugs in my skull

Swarm and crowd

Buzz and hum

Drone and drawl!

Worms in my brain

Slither and skulk

Creep and crawl

Lurk and prowl!

I drag one out

Another sneaks in

I squash one dead

Another lurks in!

I tug at my hair

My head it aches

Memoirs that haunt

Refuse to leave.

And cling like magnets

To the grooves of my grey

Though hard I try

They trouble and irk

They haunt and scare

And I scream in fear!

Ahhh I can definitely realte to this. Sometimes you can't get some memories out of your head no matter how desperately bad you need to.
This is a wonderful way of describing it. :)

I know this feeling well and please do no dare to dwell. Release those bugs! Send them back from whence they came, you are a fighter and that fact will always remain. Another fabulous write that does well describing paranoia.
