Paranoia

Paranoia

A Poem by Arielle Ann
"

Here I tried to picture the mind of a paranoid person.Suspicion and fear arises from implanted memories that haunt forever. This is just my comprehension.

"

Bugs in my skull

Swarm and crowd

Buzz and hum

Drone and drawl!

Worms in my brain

Slither and skulk

Creep and crawl

Lurk and prowl!

I drag one out

Another sneaks in

I squash one dead

Another lurks in!

I tug at my hair

My head it aches

Memoirs that haunt

Refuse to leave.

And cling like magnets

To the grooves of my grey

Though hard I try

They trouble and irk

They haunt and scare

And I scream in fear!

I like the poem. A paranoid person had a hard time in real life. I have met one who had fear of everything. They went venture for work and the necessary. Your statements create some wild visions. A excellent poem.

That's really good, I loved how the paranoia really transpired. I am sure this can be interpreted in various ways too, it's even better. Well done, nice poem

Paranoia can be a squirmy little thing...creeping and crawling, eating away your mind. Your description is very creative. Nice write!
