Just here!

Just here!

A Poem by Arielle Ann
"

Well...this is inspired by a song...one of my favorites...I took some words and molded it into poetry in my own style...ha ha...hope you like it! (Side note- not one of my great works though!)

"

Close by me you reside

The more I sense

The more you seize

You are here

Just here’!

I lose me to you,

But win you to me!

For a while we met

Someplace you came

Without a cause

Asking none we loved

Shackles seemed to cease

Close by me you reside

You are here

Just here’!

The more I sense

The more you seize

How this world could

Snatch you away from me?

You were here

Just here’

I lost me to you,

But won you to me!

"I lose me to you,
But win you to me!"
That's such an awesome way to look at falling in love!
I realy enjoy this a lot. I like the meaning and the different fonts and the letter size and the format. I just like it all. :)
I thought about picking some lyrics that I like and writing about them. This inspires me even more so to do just that. Thank you for a lovely write!! :)

"I lose me to you,
But win you to me!"

These lines were just beautiful. The poem sounded like a song to me with a soft and bittersweet melody. It flowed really well and so smoothly. Great job once again. :)

What a beautiful rhythm that dances one through this wondrous love song... It sings of that happy place we all long for.

I like the structure of this, a lot of emotion displayed in lamentful tones and it holds such powerful imagery! Wonderful poem xoxo
