Pause

Just a random poem written by a very itchy hand.

Pause

Angsty.

Emotional.

A ball of feelings

In a tightly squeezed chest.

 

Anxious.

Nervous.

Air struggling to travel

Up my constricted throat.

 

Waiting.

Contemplating.

While the world goes on,

I pause for you…
