Before Here

Year10

A decade ago, 
like one yesterday she didn’t know
she barely recognized her first poetry;
her old-fashioned story  

before here,
life was ill on rainy days
a bleak scenery she can’t efface

before here,
love was waiting with fear
a dominant illusion of agony,
dark hours were consistent company

before here,
love was the cause of pain,
a clean cloth with a harsh stain
before here,
love was her tragedy
now here,
she grows through love
infinitely
