Endlessly LittleA Poem by papermush08This goes to my mother. Happy Mother's day!
I wonder if you see
The years that already left the door And just how I ache to be free To seize what the world has in store When you still watch my feet, And pick up what I drop When you start what I quit And flip what I flop Not a thing I do Would be spared from your touch I guess I never really grew Since you held me that much But if keeping me closer Will make you live longer Then I ask you to hold me tighter © 2015 papermush08 |
