Ghostly FlightA Poem by papermush08silence speaks better
My paperweight soul
Cradled by the ashes of my bones Restlessly numbing the ache Quietly wailing beneath No sound dares to give in I dread the turmoil of this voice The world might take and despise So before I meet my slumber I'll leave my heart on the window sill For the wind to snatch and carry It knows where it goes
