BorderlinesA Poem by A.marie.speaks
I cannot decipher for the life of me
where thin lines divide our blurry world into sections. I cannot begin to define where we change from beings to organ systems, from systems to cells, from cells to atoms... Is it like geometry? -- Where a square is a rectangle but a rectangle can never be a square? Where do we leave nature and become human? Are we not the same? I always believed we were but the world has showed me I was wrong, Most assume we do not belong Within but Above. So where are the borders? I want to return to my atoms. I want to blend with this world. Absorb and be diluted by the beauty of Simplicity and Complexity wrapped into one.
