of infinite knowledge
you don't need a college
to do your own research.
you are capable
you are a scientist
you are a teacher
you are the law
you are the jury
you are your own judge
you have no right over anyone
No more than
someone else has over you!
if you seek
you will find
inside your mind
the right and the wrong
as you choose to deem it.
does it seem to you
that others are incapable ?
then others will determine
you are incapable.
that is the cycle
don't be a cog in the wheels
be the clock.
and never let any one
tell you that your time
doesn't matter

I like the message in this piece.

Our life is what we make of it. How we live it and the way we live it is entirely up to us. We are the masters of our own destiny. We decide by our words and actions how we are perceived by others. " Do unto others as you would like others to unto you." A fine motto to live one's life by.

Thank you, thank you Doodley! It gets under my skin how people just give up their ability to think for themselves. Listening and following politicians, law makers, teachers and preachers without doing their own research first hand.. all well and good what you choose to believe but at least come to your own conclusions! It's impossible to own your own ideas without respecting others ideas at the same time.. at least that's how I see it.
