Writers block

For my mind goes blank.. I wish u would go away

The pencils in my hand
But the paper is blank
The words don't come
Thinking helps none
Writers block Is back

As the hands on the clock move by
And I stare blankly at the paper
Wishing I could write
Even if it's one word

Mind, will you grant me this one wish?
Or should I be tormented by this unworded paper?
Letting it haunt me with the whiteness
And hear it's laughter as my hand does not move
So the words may appear on this paper
