That's a Lovely Mess

That's a Lovely Mess

A Poem by JoSephMacGown

Rain on plastic-

Wait on beating hearts <beating3

Sift through sand and look for me-

Trash can stand for us.

Listen for some pipes to beat a pulse

I can't even hear the clouds.

Keep moon the line.

Are just so skew

Raven me.

What do you mean?

What do you mean to say?

Step with, yes; yes

Please step with me on broken glass

Look with me- oh look with me

At ourselves in  a mirror of scared truth.

Not a single story,

But many, many directions-

Never can you comprehend with me-

Never can I understand.
