A Poem by GypsyDanger
"

Monstrum

"
She shall curse the heart that
bleeds and beats
so deep within my breast.
And ere I draw my final breath,
I'll have died a thousand deaths.
The horror shall envelop me,
the hands that skin and flay me.
The pain, it shall submerge me,
in the bells! the bells! that bind me.
Once I am accomplished,
I shall walk unto the Mist;
my absence shall be noted but
my presence must be missed.
I shall resist all I've been wanting for,
the satiation through the Younger.
I shall endure unending thirst and need,
and one hundred years of hunger.
No foul beast shall receive me,
for I'll have rid of greed and hating.
And in knowing I'll have passed the test,
The Mother shall be waiting.
As she's always been here waiting."

I don't know if I read this correctly, but the way I read this it's from the perspective of a vampire during a struggle. Amazing.
