FlowersA Poem by Kasey JonesI know, it's a popular concept. Here's my take on it.Compact bundles of Life and beauty Brightening up our world. We never notice The useful attributes. Just their lovely colors. Do they know That their names are just for show? Do they mind being called "flowers"? Perhaps, for generations, Flowers have seen us as decorations, As less worthy creations. Have they given us a name? We have no way to tell. And still more flowers to sell.
