Golden RainA Poem by AlteredRealityOh
beloved little fawn, Or
at least so it’s said, Why
do you stand there so listless and dead? Hiding
behind trees, Creeping
in the grass, What
must it be that you’re waiting to pass? A
change in the wind, The
falling of leaves, Or
perhaps just a flowing, clear summer breeze? There
be no need to wait, This
golden day starts now, None
to step in, none to say how. Everything
in front, everything behind, For
why stand in the shade, when you can
dance in the rain? © 2012 AlteredRealityReviews
