Im sorry if I failed you

I knew it was too good to be true

"Forever" you'd always say

But now it feels as though you're pulling away

I just wish you could see

How much you mean to me

How often I sit awake at night

Thinking of how to make things alright 

The way you'd look at me

Is something I can't ever un-see 

As we sit in your car time stands still

There is a feeling inside my heart, nothing else can fill 

I lack the words yet have so much to say

It doesn't matter cause' you wouldn't care anyway

I don't feel important to you anymore

You don't seem to love me the same as before
