Safe is what you Want

"

"

A bird in the wind,

Floating on by,

A dog in the yard howling up to the sky.

A mother holding her baby with love and care,

The baby holding the bottle not seeing who's there.

Years later found new,

To the love of his mother just like the wind found the bird,

And the yard found the dog,

Holding with the thought to be safe and free.

It's not so much about actually BEING safe, as feeling safe. If you feel you're safe, you don't have to see the danger. If you're always afraid of the danger, then how can you live? Do you hide? Do you cower?
That is why I surround myself with things and people that make me feel safe. Like Geki.
