A stoy about

A stoy about

A Poem by Alma
"

this is a poem about the book that I am currently working on

"

A world on my mind,

I am trying to write,

the beautiful story,

so sober and bright.

Your face like a stigma,

stuck in my head,

you are always there,

you share my bed.

Disgusted by real wold,

I yearn for my thought,

for life in its pure sense,

the only one I sought.

You bring light to my day,

with your beautiful core,

saving me from boredom,

from feeling so sore.

A story about,

two desperate souls,

trying to escape,

those deep black holes.

Life's never easy,

there's rocks on our way,

days to die for,

nothing to say.

tears like rain,

blinding our eyes,

nightmares disguised,

that the life defies.

But in the end we win,

this cruel fight,

we fall asleep,

till the hour of light.                        -a- (02/11/2007)

It's a real nice "sneak peek" to the story, almost like a preview. Now, I'm wondering if there's really an upcoming story?

Anyway, it's all good...

what an insight to your book. sounds like an adventure for the 2 desperate souls. what a good way to sum your tale all up in just a mere poem. well written i might add. good job

thanks for sharing!

Hmm sounds like an interesting book. I always like something that has a true human feel to it, maybe even a message or a little lesson behind it.
Great intro, will def pull me in to read it
