Lips form syllables...Lips form kisses...Lips show emotions...Lips are suductive... Lips are keys to everything we do and feel..outwardly as readable as the eyes... I'm not really versed in the different types of poems (high school thing...) But these Haikus that you write are soooo full of meaning...one could take apart each line word by word and fill a paragraph on each words meanings...then tackle the whole line (another paragraph) until you get to the whole poem. But your picture helped me to understand it better...sometimes I'm a visual aide type person..lol The picture also seems to me to say that ones lips are the windows to your soul..(having the eyes inbetween them lends its self to the window concept) Wonderfully crafted and very thought provoking concept...hope I read it right though :)

Nice haiku! I haven't written a haiku since such a long time ago. You truly have a gift, to be able to fit your words into the strict meter and syllables, and still keep the your full meaning. It's a lovely haiku. Makes me wonder at the possibilities. Can go lots of ways!

Lips are very complex. Lips can provide the most sensual kind of pleasure. Yet, lips can form the most hurtful words. It's a bit ironic don't you think...that our lips can hold so much power?

what can I say, "Muah" love it. Sometimes fewer words share greater meaning. This is one of those times. "Complex" a wonderful word used to allow the reader to adapt it to their own meaning...love this!
