Cracking write, very satiric. I like the way you mock the whole edifice of niceness. I don't know who Martha S is, though I believe she iswas some kind of TV goddess. So the tank maybe symbolises how TV celebs are really steely monsters who roll over our lives in their steel-clad egos.
