DizzyA Poem by Alister FlikThe world whirls, Spinning at a sickening speed. Turning and tilting, Dipping and dropping. But we are still, Or so it seems. Then I notices as I start, Turning opposite the societal slant, The nauseating, disgusting Rate at which we dilate ourselves Toward destruction. I then perceive-- We will fall, As soon as this place Stops dead In its revolving path Of delusion. © 2008 Alister FlikReviews
